The tour agency that took US student Otto Warmbier to Pyongyang said Tuesday it would stop taking Americans to the reclusive state after the 22-year-old died following 18 months in North Korean detention. Warmbier was medically evacuated to the United States last week, suffering from severe brain damage. "We have been struggling to process the result," Young Pioneer Tours, the China-based travel agency that had taken Warmbier to the North, said in a Facebook post.
Shoutout to former First Lady Michelle Obama for continuing to inspire us to keep up with our #HealthGoals. On Monday, Obama shared on Instagram that she frequently hosted workout bootcamps with her friends while she was in the White House. Even though she's no longer living on Pennsylvania Avenue, she decided to continue the tradition. When I was at the White House, I often hosted bootcamp weekends for my close girlfriends. It didn’t matter that we were all at varying fitness levels. Our bootcamp weekends were a reminder that if we want to keep taking care of others, we need to take care of ourselves first. And even though I’m no longer at the White House, I've continued this tradition and wanted to share some photos. My girlfriends have been there for me through all kinds of life transitions over the years – including a pretty big one recently! – and we’ve done our best to stay healthy together. Whether it’s a bootcamp or a walk around the neighborhood, I hope you and your crew can find some time this summer to be healthy together.
